- Push-ups are an awesome exercise. They primarily work your chest but also hit your triceps and shoulders. I love push-ups because they can be done almost anywhere, you don't need equipment, and there are endless varieties. You can vary your hand stance, you can add weight to your back, you can elevate your feet, you can clap in between reps etc. Even if you go to a gym, they can be added in as a superset or a finisher to your chest workout. - However, whichever variety you choose to do, it's best to keep your arms and shoulders like an arrow in the photo on the right rather than like a T in the photo on the left. The arrow will lessen the risk of shoulder pain as well as put you in a more efficient and powerful position. My other practical cue is you need to get down altogether and wake up also altogether, hope it helps. - Последние несколько месяцев я делал тренировки с акцентом на грудь, и в основном на ее верхнюю часть. Считаю, что добился в этом значительного прогресса. Методика, конечно, суперсекретная, но кое-что могу рассказать:) разведения рук с гантелями под углом дают очень хороший прирост верху груди, но при условии правильной техники выполнения. Вы должны чувствовать, что работает именно грудь, а не передняя дельта, хоть и она все равно будет получать нагрузку. Веса должны быть средне-умеренные, не надо пытаться поднять больше всеми способами, в бодибилдинге это не прокатит. - Guten Abend Ladies und Gentleman ✌️ Mein Urlaub hat mich leider 10 Kg beim Bankdrücken gekostet 😕 Aber was solls... Scheiss drauf, Malle ist nur einmal im Jahr 🎙️ Ich also heute brav die 100 mit 5, 5, 5 und 3 Wdh gedrückt. Die 3 mit kurzer Pause am tiefsten Punkt. In der Story hatte ich die Frage gestellt ob beim Bankdrücken der Kraftzuwachs am wichtigsten ist.
