Being able to activate my lats has helped me engage them in big lifts such as the deadlift and get a bigger overall back. . . ✅ Pull with my elbow - let your elbows dictate the movement. If you fee your biceps worked restart and do the movement over. . ✅ SHOULDERS IN LINE- Try keeping your shoulders in line. Especially as you squeeze your lats. This sounds harder than it really is. To start, use a lighter weight than normal when making the adjustment . . ✅ PULL BACK NOT IN- (horizontal back movements) Dont pull your elbows in to get a better contraction, instead think of pulling your elbows as far back as possible. . . 🤔What are your favorite back exercises? . 🌐EditYourBody.com🌐 #RealResultsFitness #EditYourBody
